This is a request by applicant, Core Site, for a special exception for an increase in floor area ratio in the I-4 District for a 13.88 acre property owned by CoreSite and located at 12100 Sunrise Valley Drive . There will be no change in zoning for the property. The property is developed with a 265,000 square foot building used as a data center with some limited office space. The proposal will add an additional data center building of 158,399 square feet. The buildings will be connected via a skywalk. The proposed building will be no more than 60 feet in height and will be located in the rear portion of the property behind the existing building. Parking spaces will be reduced to 221 on the property. |
